I worked for Len in the 80s alongside Tommy, Neil, Wayne, Mark, Billy and the crew. I travelled many a mile with Len. He was a great boss and always made me laugh whatever the situation. He always had that warm wit and cheek about him. The trade won't be the same without him. He's the one boss I have fond memories and did learn lots from.
